So, this had been a very turbulent week for me as I tried to figure out which district to campaign in. There was no good decision. After weighing all the options and waiting until the last minute to see what other candidates were qualified, I chose to stay in the 6th district. Which ever district I chose, I would lose a lot. Anyways, I lost 80-90% of my voters in my own county. My name won’t be on the ballot and my neighbors and volunteers can’t vote for me.
Also, I would like to say how sorry I am that Cannon, Warren, VanBuren, most of Sumner, Trousdale, Macon counties and a part of Davidson County are now in other districts. I have greatly enjoyed getting to know all of you these past years and will miss you. I hope we will see each other again soon. And then I would like to welcome Morgan, Campbell and Rhea counties to the district and I am excited to meet all of you. VOTE FOR LORE
